What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club), as well as express options such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Shop Pay.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping/billing address?
Although we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to change your shipping address, please email us at with your order number and correct shipping/billing address, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes to the contents of your order once it's been placed. But hey, if you need to cancel your order, just shoot us an email at as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help you out.
Keep in mind that if your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel it, but don't worry—you can still return it once you receive it. For more details on returns, make sure to check out our "Returns" section.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once we've shipped your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. Just remember to check your spam or promotions folders if you can't find the order and shipping confirmation emails. Now, if you see "Invalid" on the tracking page, don't worry! It can take the carrier up to 72 hours to pick up your order and scan the shipping label. So hang tight, and it'll update soon!
My order says delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark orders as delivered a bit ahead of time, usually 24 to 72 hours in advance. So, we suggest giving it up to 48 hours before contacting our customer care team. In the meantime, it's worth checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or even your neighbors to see if they received the package for you. If you still haven't been able to locate your order, please don't hesitate to email us at
I received a damaged/defective/wrong item. What should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Head to our returns portal here to request a free replacement or a refund. You will need your order number and US shipping zip code to start the process. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and the replacement order should be processed within 1-3 business days. If your order is ineligible for returns/exchanges, please email us at so we can further assist you.

Do you offer free shipping?
Every order over $40 USD ships free within the United States.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and they usually ship within 2 to 5 business days, unless stated otherwise. If you place an order after 12 pm EST on Friday, it will be shipped out the following week. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number.

While shipping times may vary, with standard shipping, orders delivered within the continental US typically arrive in 3 to 8 business days after being shipped. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please allow 2-4 weeks. If you opt for expedited shipping via FedEx, you can expect delivery within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Please note that due to COVID-19 and the high volume of packages during the holiday season, shipping delays are happening nationwide. We use UPS and USPS for standard shipping, and both carriers are experiencing delays of up to 3 weeks for package deliveries. If you need your order to arrive sooner, we recommend selecting expedited shipping.

What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase from, so we gladly accept returns within 45 days of your delivery date for exchanges and 30 days for refunds. Please keep in mind that there may be restrictions for Limited Edition items and Sets*, as mentioned on each product page, and please note that replacement orders are not eligible for returns. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges to anyone who may misuse this policy.

*Sets are available for a limited-time only. Contents of the set cannot be swapped. Additional promotions or discounts cannot be applied on this item, unless otherwise specified. Returns of the sets are accepted, but any items kept will be calculated as its original retail price.
How do I return my product(s)?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is submitted, our team will review and process the request within 2-5 business days. Once your return is received at the warehouse, we will initiate the refund to the original form of payment or store credit (based on the option selected on the return portal). Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account based on your bank's policy.

Most of our products are made in the USA.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 36 months. For products with a shelf life of 24 months, the expiration dates can clearly be found on the packaging.
What does it mean to be clean?
We adhere to the EU and Ulta Conscious Beauty clean standards. Each ingredient throughout the supply chain has also been reviewed and vetted to be ethically, humanely, and as sustainably sourced as possible.
Is your mica sustainable sourced?
Yes, the mica in our Huestick formula is sourced from Hartwell, Georgia.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, ALL our products are vegan, cruelty free and Leaping Bunny Certified.
