Shipping

Where do you currently ship?
Currently, we ship to US, Canada, UK, the EU (excluding Spain), Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates and are working on more countries! We know the Tint Fam is all over the world, and if you'd like us to ship to your country, please email us at hello@livetinted.com.

For our European and United Kingdom community, you'll find faster and more affordable shipping rates at Cult Beauty. Cult ships to many countries around the world (including India!), but we are also building future partnerships to make shipping timely and cost effective for our global Tint Fam.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders, including expedited order, are processed during business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) and are expected to ship within 7 business days, unless otherwise indicated. If an order is placed after 12pm EST on Friday, it will not ship until the following week.

With standard shipping, orders to all parts of the continental U.S. may arrive in 3-8 business days after being dispatched. Expedited shipping to the US via FedEx can take 48 to 72 business hours to be delivered (does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).
*Due to COVID-19, shipping delays are occurring across the country. We use UPS & USPS for standard shipping, and both carriers are experiencing delays of up to 2 weeks for delivering packages. If you need your order to arrive earlier, we recommend choosing expedited shipping.

International shipping options are duties-paid (so no surprise fees!) and times vary by country. At checkout, you will see estimated time windows for both standard and expedited options.
*Due to COVID-19, shipping delays are occurring internationally. For standard shipping, we're seeing delays of about 2 weeks, including added time for packages to clear customs (particularly for orders to Canada). If you need your order to arrive earlier, we recommend choosing expedited shipping.

Returns

What is your return policy?
At Live Tinted, our mission is to create clean beauty that works for all hues, and we want you to love your products.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order shipped within the United States, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.
We currently do not accept returns for international shipments and all international sales are final. We want you to love all your products, so please reach out to hello@livetinted.com with any concerns, and our team will be happy to assist!
How do I return my product(s)?
To return or exchange your product, please visit our return portal here to initiate the return process. You will need your order number and US shipping zip code to start the process. Once your return is submitted, you will receive an email with the free return label, depending on the option selected.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit, based on the option selected on the return portal.
Once your return is submitted, our team will review and process the request within 2 business days. Once your return is received at the warehouse, we will initiate the refund, but please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account based on your bank's policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.
What should i do if i entered the wrong shipping/billing address?
As processing begins immediately after your order is placed, we can’t guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping address.
Please email us at hello@livetinted.com with your order number and correct shipping/billing address, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
As processing begins immediately after your order is placed, we cannot modify the contents of your order. However, if your order needs to be canceled, please email us at hello@livetinted.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order, and will gladly process it as a return once it’s received. Please check our “Returns” section for more information.
My order says delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Sometimes the carrier marks orders as delivered 24-72 hours in advance, so we recommend waiting up to 48 hours before reaching out to our customer care team. We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number so you can follow your order along. Please make sure to check your spam and promotions folder if you can’t locate the order and shipping confirmation emails.
If your tracking page says “Invalid”, please note that the carrier can take up to 72 hours to pick up your order and scan the shipping label.

What is a Huestick?
The Huestick is the first product to be released by Live Tinted and is the first ever multistick and color corrector with added skincare.
Huesticks are currently available in 3 color correcting shades: Origin (warm red), Rise (terra cotta), and Perk (peachy pink). We launched 9 multistick shades that the Tint Fam helped to build: Free (bold berry), True (dusty rose), Grounded (milk chocolate), Change (copper shimmer), a kajal Legacy (rich black) , Found (brick), Purpose (deep plum), Balance (joyful coral), and Intent (warm rose) - all of which are beautiful.
What do the Huesticks smell like?
The Huesticks contain no fragrance, so they are completely odorless.
How do I use a Huestick?
The Huestick can be used 2 ways, as a color corrector and as a multistick. As a color corrector, dab on the Huestick lightly before foundation anywhere you have discoloration (hyperpigmentation, dark circles, dark spots). As a multistick, you can swipe directly on the face where you are looking to build color.
But are Huesticks really good for my skin?
YES. Our Huesticks are packed with skincare ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamins C and E, as well as Squalane - to hydrate and brighten your skin.
Hyaluronic Acid: holds up to 1,000X its weight in moisture for advanced hydration.
Squalane: a highly effective antioxidant and emollient.
Vitamin C: works over time to visibly brighten dark spots.
Vitamin E: an antioxidant that softens and moisturizes skin.
This is a clean, vegan, cruelty-free product and our pigments are Carmine-free and 100% safe for your skin! You can review our Product Details for a full ingredients list and more.
What color should I buy?
ALL the colors. Ofc. As a multistick, the hues are universally flattering to a diverse range of skin tones and we’ve tested them out on a multitude of skin types and shades. If you’re using Huesticks as a color corrector, the shade you use depends on how deep/dark your hyperpigmentation, dark spots or dark circles are. Take our skin quiz here.
A great way to see what works best for you would be to try different shades! Our flexible return policy allows you to keep up to 2 Huesticks, if they don’t work out for you! And of course, any color that doesn’t work well as a color corrector can always be used as a multistick. All the colors blend well together too - play away!
Where does the red color in Huestick in Origin come from?
The Origin Huestick is completely free of Carmine. We use several pigments in that rich red color that are FDA approved and safe for use in cosmetics.
The mica in the Huesticks - where does that come from?
The mica in our Huestick formula is sourced from Hartwell, Georgia.
