Refund policy
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase from livetinted.com, so we gladly accept returns within 45 days of your delivery date for exchanges and 30 days for refunds. Please keep in mind that there may be restrictions for Limited Edition items and Sets, as mentioned on each product page, and please note that replacement orders are not eligible for returns. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges to anyone who may misuse this policy.
Please visit our returns portal here to initiate the return process. You will need your order number and US shipping zip code to start the process. Once your return is submitted, you will receive an email with the free return label, depending on the option selected.
Once your return is submitted, our team will review and process the request within 2-5 business days. Once your return is received at the warehouse, we will initiate the refund to the original form of payment or store credit (based on the option selected on the return portal). Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
